Yield mapping. Especially to look at multiple years and compare the good areas to the bad areas, or to see test areas to regular practice areas.

And precision down force on the planter.

The rest of tech can be thrown in the ditch, in my opinion.

On our small farm it was autosteer. The efficiency gains from longer hours with less fatigue, more acres, less overlap were the most notable.
